Eye skin is 5× thinner. The retinol needs to match.
Standard retinol is too aggressive for the eye contour. Microencapsulated retinol time-releases at a buffered dose engineered for the delicate eye area, while caffeine constricts micro-capillaries to de-puff and niacinamide brightens the under-eye zone.
