The 60-day guarantee
Try any Shim Ching MD product for up to 60 days from the day it's delivered. If you're not satisfied for any reason — no questions, no fine print — we'll refund your order in full.
How to start a return
- Email support@shimchingmd.com within 60 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for the return (one sentence is fine).
- We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.
- Drop the product at any USPS location. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving it.
What's eligible
- All Shim Ching MD branded skincare products, including those that have been opened and used.
- The LED Face Light Therapy Mask, returned in the original packaging.
- Subscription orders within 60 days of delivery.
Refund timing
Once we receive the returned item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days. The funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions and cancellations
To cancel an active subscription, log in to your account and click "Manage Subscription." You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. Subscription orders that have already shipped are eligible for the same 60-day guarantee as one-time orders.
